Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee and coordinate daily cleaning schedules. Responsibilities Coordinate house cleaning daily, communicate with team and customers throughout the day. Maintain high standard of cleaning and a respectful, energetic atmosphere amongst peers. Lead and motivate a team of custodial staff, providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly. Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to streamline operations and address any issues proactively. Experience Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within commercial or hospitality settings. Demonstrated team management experience in a cleaning or maintenance environment. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment..
