As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you'll lead and support our housekeepers ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires that you have experience supervising a team of housekeeping room attendants at a hotel. You'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, guide and motivate team members, and help maintain a positive, team-oriented environment. Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action. The ability to interpret all departmental policies, procedures, and standards established by the Director of Housekeeping Obtains list of rooms ready to be cleaned and list of prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments. Ensure floor storage areas and closets are kept in an orderly and clean fashion. Handle all lost and found items per procedure and documentation. The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. Requirements Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory or executive housekeeper experience required Spanish/English bilingual is required Must have own transportation Weekend availability required
