Description The Courtyard Marriott Pittsburgh University Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help lead our housekeeping team. This position supports the daily operation of the department, including supervising and developing associates, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing daily assignments, and ensuring our cleanliness and service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating a clean, welcoming experience for every guest. Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support and oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role collaborates with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments and requires a hands-on leader who can train, coach, and inspire the team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leading housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to achieve departmental goals Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable while supporting their professional development Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience Monitor supplies, inventory, and departmental efficiency, implementing improvements as needed Uphold property, brand, and regulatory standards in all operations
Qualifications:

Salary:
