This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can lead cleaning teams, maintain quality standards, communicate with clients and management, and make sure properties are guest-ready and completed correctly. Duties Lead and oversee Cleaning Associates and Cleaning Technicians. Assign cleaning tasks and ensure team members understand property-specific instructions. Inspect completed properties for cleanliness, quality, and presentation. Ensure beds, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, linens, and supplies meet company standards. Conduct quality-control checks before properties are considered complete. Communicate with cleaners, management, property owners, and clients as needed. Report damages, missing items, maintenance issues, and supply needs. Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, linens, and inventory. Assist with training and onboarding new Cleaning Associate Trainees. Provide coaching and feedback to cleaning team members. Help resolve cleaning issues and customer concerns. Ensure cleaning teams follow company procedures and safety standards. Step in to assist with cleaning when needed. Help ensure scheduled properties are completed on time and to company standards. What We're Looking For 3 years of any managerial experience with a reference Strong leadership and communication skills. Reliable, organized, and dependable. Excellent attention to detail. Able to manage multiple properties and cleaning teams. Comfortable working independently and making decisions. Professional and respectful communication style. Able to inspect properties and identify quality issues. Comfortable training and coaching team members. Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift cleaning supplies and linens. Reliable transportation to assigned properties. Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, housekeeping, janitorial, or supervisory experience is preferred. This Position Is a
