Job Description

Overview Green Glo Clean is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead our commercial cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, maintaining high quality standards, and building strong relationships with both employees and clients. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple cleaning accounts, supporting and training team members, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent communication, organization, and a willingness to jump in and help whenever needed. Salary & Schedule Salary:
$50,000 per year

Full-Time (W-2) Primarily Monday-Friday with occasional evening or weekend support as business needs require Travel between client locations is required Responsibilities Supervise and support commercial cleaning staff across multiple client locations. Conduct routine quality control inspections to ensure company standards are consistently met. Train, onboard, and coach new employees while reinforcing proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Provide ongoing performance coaching and recognize opportunities for employee development. Coordinate employee schedules and assist with shift coverage when necessary. Respond promptly to employee and customer questions or concerns. Build positive relationships with clients through regular walkthroughs and communication. Manage cleaning supply inventory and coordinate restocking. Monitor timekeeping and communicate payroll adjustments as needed. Ensure all company policies, safety procedures, and quality expectations are followed. Assist with recruiting and interviewing new team members. Perform commercial cleaning duties when needed to support the team and maintain service quality. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience required. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional quality. Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and performing the physical demands of commercial cleaning. Ability to pass a background check.
