Housekeeping Inspector Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown Tuscaloosa, AL Job Details Full-time $17 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Managing cleaning or sanitation teams Hotel housekeeping management Proactive hotel and accommodations guest assistance Property management tools Hotel quality control Handling customer service requests Hotel room cleaning Hotel staff training Entry level Full Job Description As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Responsibilities Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into the property management system (as needed) Complete work orders, as needed Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner If you believe hospitality and a friendly smile are your strengths, we want to talk to you!
