$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Our team is committed to providing exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests through outstanding property care and service. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant Manager to help oversee housekeeping operations and ensure our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Position Summary The Housekeeping Assistant Manager is responsible for conducting quality-control inspections, ensuring properties are guest-ready, supporting housekeeping staff, and assisting the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Responsibilities Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Verify homes are fully prepared for owner and guest arrivals Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations and scheduling Direct and support housekeeping staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently Identify and address cleaning deficiencies before guest check-in Communicate effectively with team members regarding property readiness Travel between multiple properties throughout Kiawah and Seabrook Islands as needed Maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required to operate company vehicles Ability to pass a background check Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, resort, or vacation rental experience preferred Schedule Full-time 5 days per week Weekend availability required Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Work Environment Resort and vacation rental properties Multiple work locations In-person position If you are dependable, motivated, and enjoy leading a team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.
