Assign guest rooms and cleaning duties to housekeepers based on occupancy and operational needs. Inspect guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. Train, coach, and provide ongoing guidance to housekeeping employees. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and overall job performance. Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released in a timely manner for arriving guests. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure prompt repairs. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and compliance with hotel safety procedures. Respond professionally to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping services. Coordinate with the Front Desk and management regarding room status, special requests, and occupancy needs. Assist with housekeeping duties when necessary, particularly during high-occupancy periods or staffing shortages. Maintain accurate housekeeping records, inspection reports, and inventory documentation. Support management in maintaining Quality Inn brand standards and delivering a positive guest experience.
