This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming environment that exceeds expectations and upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards aligned with sanitation regulations and hospitality best practices Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, training, and support to foster a motivated and high-performing team Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance of equipment and supplies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial materials to optimize resources Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance customer service experience Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, laundry operations, and sanitation management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, staff training, and customer service interactions Knowledge of safety regulations related to janitorial work, sanitation practices, and equipment handling Experience managing cleaning & sanitation processes in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
