We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff. Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Ensure that all housekeeping duties are performed in accordance with hotel standards. Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
