The Executive Housekeeper will play a key role in maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, leading a dedicated team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring guests receive a consistently high-quality experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met. Lead, motivate and support a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Conduct regular room and facility inspections. Ensure rooms, public areas and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Train, coach and support housekeeping team members. Maintain strong accountability for departmental performance and service standards. Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all facilities and equipment. Manage Lost & Found procedures with honesty, care and integrity. Maintain strict key control and hotel security procedures. Ensure compliance with hotel safety and operational standards. Maintain confidentiality when accessing guestrooms, back-of-house areas and sensitive hotel information. Work closely with hotel leadership to address operational needs and guest service standards. Lead by example and assist with hands-on housekeeping duties when necessary. Qualifications & Experience 2-3+ years of hotel or related hospitality experience required. Previous housekeeping supervisory or leadership experience required. Luxury hotel experience highly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is a plus. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment. Honest, dependable and trustworthy. Comfortable handling sensitive information and hotel security responsibilities. Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team. Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, sanitation and luxury guest service standards. $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
