What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:

Recruit, train, and coach our team of contract housekeepers, hosting monthly meetings to drive team growth and success.

Coordinate Operations:

Assign daily work orders and schedule cleans smoothly across our portfolio.

Quality Control:

Conduct property inspections to ensure every rental meets our high company standards.

Elevate Guest Experience:

Address guest inquiries quickly and use guest feedback surveys to continuously coach and improve cleaning quality.

Stay Organized:

Maintain an efficient workspace and track daily progress using Microsoft Office tools.

What We're Looking For Experience:

2-5 years of management experience (Hospitality or Vacation Rental experience strongly preferred).

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong time management, and a knack for staying calm under pressure.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in basic computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Language:

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a major plus! (Ideal for communicating effectively with our team and contractors). Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 40-50 lbs throughout the day. Strong verbal communication skills to interact clearly with cleaners, guests, and staff.
