Competitive salary with bonus potential Position Overview A busy, fully staffed private estate in Austin, Texas, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join its household team. This live-out position is ideal for an experienced private housekeeper or hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run home. The household includes children and pets, with a team of housekeepers and a Property Manager. The Housekeeper will primarily work at one residence while supporting a second home as needed. This role requires a collaborative, flexible, and service-oriented professional who can work effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on housekeeping, cleaning, and daily upkeep of the residence. Manage family laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Assist with grocery shopping, household errands, and maintaining inventory of household supplies. Support housekeeping operations across two private residences, primarily based at one home. Collaborate with other housekeepers and the Property Manager to maintain household standards and daily operations. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in private household housekeeping, estate housekeeping, or high-end hotel and hospitality environments. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, organized home. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and follow household procedures. Professionalism, discretion, and a strong understanding of confidentiality. Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and complete an extensive background check. Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate within Texas. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Bonus potential. Additional Details Full-time, live-out position. Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. No travel required. Work across two residences in the Austin area as needed.
