• Houseman to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure proper floor care, and coordinate janitorial and custodial tasks across the property. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to creating a welcoming, spotless environment that exceeds expectations. Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks throughout the property Oversee floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Manage janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Train team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of cleaning products and machinery Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation needs as required for health and safety compliance Support the overall management of custodial operations, including scheduling, reporting, and quality control Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services with a strong background in cleaning and floor care Prior supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality or janitorial environments is highly preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation Familiarity with hotel operations, standards, and guest service expectations Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness and hospitality!
