Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated EVS Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facility. As an essential leader, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure adherence to sanitation standards, and manage a team of custodial staff. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, including industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry, and sanitation efforts. Lead and motivate custodial staff through effective team management, providing clear guidance and support to meet operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors. Manage cleaning & sanitation operations across various areas, including commercial spaces, hospitality zones, and healthcare environments. Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly. Communicate managerial expectations clearly through effective leadership and maintain open channels of communication with team members. Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring cleanliness contributes positively to the overall experience. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a strong background in team supervision and staff management. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and sanitation management. Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with multiple departments. Strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices, janitorial procedures, and laundry operations. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance standards. Prior experience in managing sanitation programs within healthcare or hospitality environments is preferred.
