Featuring resort-view condominiums, premier water-view residences overlooking Lake LBJ, and luxury Signature Residences, The Residences combine the comfort of home with the service and amenities of a premier resort destination. Position Summary The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations within The Residences at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping functions, staffing, quality assurance, inventory management, and guest service standards to ensure all residences and public areas consistently meet resort expectations. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all daily housekeeping operations for The Residences. Lead, train, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members. Ensure all condominiums, Signature Residences, and public areas meet established cleanliness, presentation, and service standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations, public areas, and VIP residences. Manage department staffing levels, scheduling, and labor productivity. Monitor room status reports and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness and efficiency. Maintain inventory levels for linens, guest supplies, cleaning products, and amenities. Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that support operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Oversee payroll, departmental reporting, and administrative documentation. Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery situations. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, quality, and service excellence. Qualifications Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel, resort, condominium, or luxury hospitality environment required. Strong leadership, team development, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and operational reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
