Housekeeping Lead - Downtown Houston, TX Bilingual ENG/SPA StaffPro is currently hiring a Housekeeping Lead to support daily housekeeping operations team at a hotel located in Downtown Houston, TX.

In person The Housekeeping Lead will help oversee daily housekeeping tasks, support room attendants and housekeepers, and communicate with hotel management and StaffPro leadership to ensure quality standards, attendance, and operational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support housekeeping team members assigned to the hotel Assist with daily room assignments and housekeeping workflow Monitor attendance, call-outs, tardies, and schedule updates Conduct quality checks on rooms and assigned areas Ensure rooms and public areas are completed according to hotel standards Verify clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, and timesheet accuracy Communicate daily updates with hotel management and StaffPro leadership Support employee performance follow-up as needed Assist with schedule confirmations, and other operational needs as assigned

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience required Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Basic Microsoft Office knowledge preferred Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable transportation required
