We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Janitorial Manager to lead our cleaning and facilities maintenance operations in the Hutchins, TX area. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and custodial activities across multiple sites, ensuring all cleaning standards are met or exceeded. Manage scheduling, training, and performance of janitorial staff, fostering a motivated and professional team environment. Oversee specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and client expectations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed. Implement efficient cleaning procedures for commercial spaces, industrial facilities, and residential properties. Address client concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction and strengthen partnerships. Experience Proven janitorial or custodial management experience in commercial or industrial settings. Strong background in cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general maintenance. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices such as minor repairs and preventative upkeep.
