Job Description
We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! Supervise the resort housekeeping team to ensure successful daily operations. Provide excellent service and quality to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where guests can relax. Responsibilities Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect Inspect and direct team members to ensure room readiness, cleaning quality, and guest service standards are met Interview, onboard, and train new housekeeping team members Manage schedules and delegate duties to ensure coverage Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices Provide friendly and kind service to all guests Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
