Position Summary As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You'll lead by example, oversee daily housekeeping operations, and inspire your team to deliver top-notch service to our guests. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards. Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained. Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and availability. Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role (hospitality experience preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
