This property is set to open in mid

The main duties of an Executive Housekeeper are to ensure that the cleanliness standards of the guest rooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through the optimal training, staffing, and supervision of employees. They will work closely with management to efficiently maintain supplies and proactively monitor guest service scores and comments. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards, which requires visual and written inspections of guest rooms and public space areas. Conduct periodic inventory of guest supplies, small equipment and linen as required. Use labor management tools to schedule employees in accordance with needs of the hotel. Interview, hire, train, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members. Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff. Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. Evaluate condition of furniture, fixtures, décor, etc. Submit work orders and coordinate with Maintenance when appropriate. Ensure compliance of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and policies. Operate department pursuant to OSHA requirements and guidelines. Hotel Housekeeping Experience:
2 years (Required)
Manager/Supervisor Experience:
1 year preferred Fluent in English and Spanish preferred but not required Ability to stand/walk continuously throughout the day Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
