Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning operations across various hospitality or commercial facilities. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient task completion and high-quality service delivery Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning operations including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial tasks to meet established standards Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper sanitation practices are maintained Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to support ongoing operations Enforce safety regulations and sanitation policies to protect staff and guests while maintaining a secure environment Lead team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, recognize achievements, and promote a positive work culture Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services with a strong background in cleaning and sanitation management Supervising experience in a hospitality or commercial cleaning environment is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward excellence Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety standards Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in overseeing cleanliness standards and operational workflows Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will make a tangible difference in creating pristine environments that delight guests or clients.
