Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.

Compensation:

$10 - $13 hourly

Responsibilities:

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels. Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
