Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations across various facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including Offices, Banks, Car Dealerships, Government Buildings, and Medical facilities Lead, motivate, and evaluate cleaning staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with sanitation standards and safety regulations to promote a healthy environment Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in commercial cleaning Prior supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance setting Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions Ability to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Trustworthy with keys, alarm codes, and client property Must have Reliable transportation and ability to work across sites in East Texas Join us as a Cleaning Team Lead to make a tangible difference in maintaining pristine environments! Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
