Tyler, TX Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30
AM Pay:
$19.00-$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Frequency:
Weekly Seeking an experienced Overnight Custodial Supervisor to lead a custodial team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility during overnight operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the overnight custodial staff Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule Train, coach, and support team members Conduct quality inspections and maintain high cleanliness standards Assign daily work tasks and monitor productivity Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous custodial supervision experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Dependable with excellent attendance Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift If you have supervisory experience in custodial or janitorial services and are looking for a long-term overnight opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
