In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that standards of sanitation, organization, and customer service are consistently met. Your proactive management will foster a motivated team dedicated to maintaining a pristine environment that reflects excellence and hospitality at its finest. Responsibilities Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations across all areas of the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations aligned with industry standards. Oversee industrial cleaning procedures and manage custodial tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the facility. Manage laundry services for guest linens, uniforms, and other textiles with attention to quality and timeliness. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service practices to foster a professional team environment. Coordinate with management on inventory control for cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and staffing needs. Ensure adherence to health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation guidelines to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings. Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods including industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial best practices. Strong background in team management with demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse staff teams. Experience with sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management systems. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable. Previous roles involving laundry operations or hotel housekeeping management are advantageous. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate effectively across departments.
