In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks, to ensure timely and thorough service delivery Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces regularly to verify quality standards are met or exceeded Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures Develop work schedules for housekeeping staff to optimize coverage and efficiency Address guest requests or concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and janitorial best practices Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inspecting cleanliness standards Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence Ability to manage inventory, schedules, and operational workflows efficiently Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality is highly preferred Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating welcoming environments that leave lasting impressions.
