We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and presentable, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet established standards Coordinate with other departments to address any specific cleaning needs or requests. Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Perform regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of custodial operations in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, Experience a must.
