Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where your leadership and attention to detail will elevate the cleanliness and comfort of our guest environments. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Your expertise in cleaning, floor care, and custodial management will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting positive impression on every guest. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, including detailed floor care and industrial cleaning tasks Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining flexibility for peak times and special events Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and comfort Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, janitorial practices, and industrial cleaning methods Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Familiarity with custodial equipment, safety standards, and inventory control systems Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact positively with guests Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences through meticulous cleanliness and dedicated leadership.
