Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeping Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring that our standards for sanitation, safety, and guest comfort are consistently met and exceeded. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to maintain pristine environments across all hotel areas, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while contributing to a memorable guest experience. Must have an open availability and prior management experience. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across the hotel premises. Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety regulations. Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with industry standards for commercial cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene. Monitor quality control processes to maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house spaces. Manage and oversee all maintenance repairs and work orders on a daily basis Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence to foster a professional and efficient team environment. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and janitorial resources to optimize operational efficiency. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests alike. Experience Proven supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services with a strong background in team management. Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and janitorial practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Experience managing sanitation standards in hospitality settings or similar environments. Familiarity with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities within a hospitality context. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to cleaning products, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols.
