Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service Develop and implement cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols aligned with industry standards and regulations Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests or clients Conduct regular inspections of all spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to quality standards Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest or client inquiries promptly and professionally Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping management within hospitality, healthcare, or commercial settings Extensive custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff at all levels Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management best practices Experience overseeing laundry operations and janitorial services is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop efficient workflows and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Previous management or supervisory roles involving team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational oversight Join us in creating pristine environments where cleanliness meets excellence!
