Radford City - Main Campus Job Description Supervision of Housekeeping operations and the participation in cleaning services provided in support of academic, residential, administrative, student support services and special events and functions. Position designated as essential personnel. Required Qualifications Considerable skill in the use of cleaning equipment. Working knowledge of institutional Housekeeping services. Ability to understand and follow instructions, to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to perform basic mathematical calculations; and to advise, counsel, demonstrate fairness, be decisive and maintain objectivity. Demonstrated ability to direct the work of others, and to maintain a professional working relationship with all contacts. Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher education experience.
Employment Conditions:
Must be available to work overtime and inclement weather situations. Essential personnel - emergency call-in. Overtime and call-ins may include nights and weekends. Must have a valid driver's license. Is this position
