Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to verify quality standards are met consistently. Oversee laundry operations, ensuring linens and uniforms are properly cleaned, folded, and stored. Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries, and equipment; place orders as needed. Enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and address any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel setting. Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and staff development. Strong management skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and motivate team members. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and hotel housekeeping standards. Excellent communication skills for clear instruction and effective team collaboration. Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
