Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning and custodial operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across our facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming, hygienic environment that meets both guest expectations and regulatory requirements. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily cleaning activities, manage a team of cleaning staff, and implement effective sanitation practices to uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality and facility management. Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and motivation to ensure efficient service delivery Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols aligned with industry standards for sanitation and safety regulations Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning operations, including janitorial tasks, laundry services, and specialized sanitation procedures Monitor cleanliness levels across all areas, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Enforce safety regulations and best practices to protect staff and guests while maintaining a hazard-free environment Foster a team-oriented atmosphere through effective management communication, coaching, and performance evaluations Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and management of janitorial operations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly Excellent customer service skills to address guest or client needs promptly and professionally Experience managing inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Relevant certifications or training in sanitation, safety procedures, or management are preferred Join us as a Housekeeping Manager to lead a dedicated team committed to creating pristine environments that enhance guest experiences. Pay:
$22.98 - $27.67 per hour
