EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Responsibilities Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure consistent delivery of cleaning services across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of housekeeping activities, incident reports, and maintenance requests to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial supervision within a hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and safety protocols related to cleaning operations. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Prior experience with housekeeping management software or related tools is preferred.
