Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Executive Housekeeper, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness and comfort of our property. In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Your energetic approach and management skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service consistently, creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable cleanliness across all areas of the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality. Oversee laundry operations, ensuring linens, towels, and uniforms are properly cleaned, folded, and stored. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and staff areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during low occupancy periods. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within a hotel or hospitality environment. Supervising or management experience in housekeeping or facilities management. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and laundry processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently while adhering to budget guidelines. Prior hospitality or hotel experience is highly preferred to understand guest expectations and service excellence.
