Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Inspector, where your keen eye for cleanliness and dedication to excellence will elevate our standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction. In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services across our facilities, ensuring that every space meets rigorous cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Your leadership will inspire our housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example and uphold the highest levels of cleanliness in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations. Supervise and support housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Monitor cleaning processes including industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry operations, and sanitation management to maintain consistent quality. Identify areas for improvement in cleaning techniques or safety practices and implement corrective actions promptly. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by enforcing proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and protective gear. Collaborate with management to develop training programs focused on team supervision, management skills, and sanitation standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, staff performance, safety compliance, and sanitation procedures to support continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, industrial cleaning techniques, and janitorial procedures. Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial communication and staff supervision. Ability to conduct detailed inspections and provide constructive feedback effectively. Familiarity with laundry operations and commercial cleaning processes is preferred. A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
