Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the Lead Supervisor, to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area attendants Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance Manage daily room assignments and staff scheduling Conduct monthly inventory for cleaning supplies, guest supplies, linen, and terry Address guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns promptly Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting required Prior supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Open Availability Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures Benefits Employee discounts with Marriott International Worldwide Opportunities for career growth and advancement

Paid Training Schedule:
