  • Full-time We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at The Red Lion Port Angeles.
In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guest service. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a welcoming, spotless environment that exceeds guest expectations and supports the overall success of our property. Available for Morning, Evening, and Weekend shifts. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality cleanliness standards Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote teamwork, accountability, and professional growth Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness and safety compliance Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally, resolving issues to enhance satisfaction Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak times while controlling labor costs Enforce safety protocols and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with a focus on management or supervision Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills for training staff and interacting with guests and management Knowledge of custodial practices, safety procedures, and inventory management Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team committed to creating pristine environments that delight our guests!
