Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety regulations aligned with brand standards. Monitor cleanliness standards regularly through inspections, providing feedback and coaching to staff for continuous improvement. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to optimize resources. Enforce safety procedures and sanitation practices to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room turnovers and special cleaning requests are fulfilled seamlessly. Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and customer service expectations to foster a professional team environment. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within the hospitality or commercial cleaning industry. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations applicable to hotel operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and communicate effectively across teams. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and sanitation management systems.
