Common Area Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support common area/housekeeping attendants.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required. Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team. Inspect lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, pool areas, and other public spaces. Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and presentable. Assign daily tasks and work schedules to staff. Train employees on cleaning procedures and hotel standards. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and guest requests. Monitor cleaning supplies and request replacements when needed. Respond professionally to guest concerns and requests. Ensure staff follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift. Push and pull carts and equipment weighing more than 100 pounds.
