• At Landmark Resort, the guest experience lives and dies in the details — the crisp linens, the spotless room, the little touches that make people feel taken care of. We're looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the team that makes all of that happen, day in and day out, across our 294-unit waterfront resort — the largest in Door County. We're looking for a leader who shows up where the work is — visible on the floor, coaching in real time, and setting the standard by example. What You'll Bring to the Role Proven experience leading housekeeping operations at a large-scale resort or hotel — 200+ rooms — you know what it takes to run a program at this size A track record of leading and developing large teams, including hiring, training, and holding people accountable with care A hands-on leadership style — you're visible on the floor, not just in meetings Strong organizational skills for scheduling, staffing boards, and day-to-day logistics Experience managing inventory and supply ordering processes A genuine passion for training and developing your team — you see coaching as part of the job, not an interruption to it Above all: you love working directly with people.
