The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations within the housekeeping department. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is required. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices. Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is preferred. Familiarity with janitorial practices and custodial experience is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
