Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff through effective team supervision and managerial communication. Implement and monitor safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee cleaning procedures across various settings, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, and custodial environments. Conduct inspections to verify quality of work, adherence to sanitation protocols, and compliance with health regulations. Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for housekeeping personnel to optimize team productivity. Ensure proper handling of laundry services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. Skills Proven experience in cleaning operations with a focus on sanitation management. Strong staff supervision skills with demonstrated team management capabilities. Extensive custodial experience including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and janitorial work. Excellent leadership qualities paired with effective management and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning practices and workplace safety standards. Ability to oversee multiple tasks such as laundry services, sanitation procedures, and general housekeeping operations.
