Property Connection is looking for an exceptional Cleaning Operations Manager to build and lead our cleaning department from the ground up. This is not simply a cleaning position. We are looking for someone who can take their knowledge of exceptional cleaning and turn it into a professional system that other people can learn, follow and consistently execute.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will have the opportunity to build our cleaning department - including our standards, procedures, checklists, training and quality-control systems. Initially, this will be a hands-on leadership position. You will personally work alongside our cleaning operation while developing the systems and standards that will allow the department to grow. As the department grows, your role will increasingly focus on leadership, training, quality control and management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Establish Property Connection's cleaning standards Develop detailed cleaning checklists and procedures Create systems for rental turnovers, move-ins and move-outs Recruit, train and supervise cleaning team members Inspect completed properties and maintain exceptional quality Develop systems for supplies, equipment and inventory Establish efficient cleaning times and procedures Identify maintenance issues and property concerns during inspections Develop quality-control procedures so details don't get missed Coach employees and hold them accountable to our standards Continually improve the department as our rental portfolio grows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't necessarily need a management title on your resume. We are looking for the right person.

You may have experience in:

Professional residential cleaning Hotel or hospitality housekeeping Property Management Cleaning-team supervision Quality control Hospitality management But above all, you must have exceptional standards.

$48,000 - $55,000 starting annual salary, based on experience and qualifications Plus performance-based bonuses tied to the success of the cleaning department and achievement of established quality and operational goals. As the department grows and your responsibilities grow, there will be opportunities for compensation growth as well.
