Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Housekeepers and Supervisors to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities while leading a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service. Duties Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety regulations Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing clear guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance Coordinate cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and industrial cleaning tasks Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment to optimize operational efficiency Enforce safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a secure work environment Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive team atmosphere Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a focus on quality standards Supervising or team management experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to janitorial services and chemical handling Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Familiarity with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and inventories Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us as we create inviting spaces through dedicated teamwork and exceptional leadership.
