Job Summary:

As a Residential and Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' homes and office spaces. You will be part of a dynamic team but will also have the opportunity to work independently on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

Residential Cleaning:

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste. Perform general deep cleaning tasks as required.

Office Cleaning:

Clean and disinfect office areas including desks, chairs, and conference rooms. Vacuum carpets and clean floors. Clean windows, sills, and frames. Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches. Restock supplies in bathrooms and kitchen areas.

General Responsibilities:

Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness. Take before and after photos of cleaned areas. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Report any maintenance or repair needs. Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential or office cleaning preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Reliable and punctual. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
