CFS is seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead overnight cleaning operations in a fast-paced airport environment . This role is responsible for supervising staff, executing detailed cleaning programs, and ensuring all areas are reset to the highest standard for daily airport operations. The position will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all nightly tasks, quality standards, and reporting requirements are completed.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Team Leadership:

Supervise and direct night shift cleaning teams (restroom, gate, floor techs, and detail crew) Conduct pre-shift huddles and assign nightly tasks Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance in real time Provide coaching, retraining, and enforce company policies Ensure proper uniform, professionalism, and safety compliance

Nightly Operations & Detail Cleaning:

Oversee full 3rd shift "reset" operations , including deep cleaning and detailing of: Gates, seating areas, and carpets Restrooms (manual and Kaivac cleaning) Jetbridges, escalators, and elevators Special areas (pet relief room, breakrooms, centerpoint areas) Ensure all detail work meets CFS standards, including: High dusting, baseboards, and stainless steel cleaning Gum removal, stain removal, and wall detailing Full restroom sanitization and restocking Floor scrubbing, extraction, and drying procedures Verify proper use of equipment such as Kaivac systems, floor scrubbers, and vacuums All cleaning must follow established 3rd

Shift Detail SOPsQuality Control & Inspections:

Conduct shift walkthroughs and inspections of all assigned areas Ensure all work is completed to contract and airport standards Identify deficiencies and correct immediately Complete and submit shift reports, checklists, and documentation Coordination with

Management:

Communicate directly with the Project Manager on the following items: Staffing levels Operational issues Equipment or supply needs Report incidents, maintenance issues, and safety concerns immediately Support implementation of new processes, schedules, and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in janitorial, facilities, or cleaning supervision Experience leading teams in fast-paced or high-traffic environments (airport experience preferred) Strong knowledge of: Commercial cleaning practices Floor care and detailing Safety procedures Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities

Work Environment:

Active overnight shift in a high-traffic airport setting Requires walking, standing, and hands-on supervision Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

EOE Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
