Apex Commercial Janitorial Solutions Llc in Dothan, AL is looking for janitorial supervisor to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 200 North Saint Andrews Street Suite 4. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities Managing workflow. Training new hires. Reporting to HR and senior management. Evaluating performance and providing feedback. Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes. Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met. Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed. Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted. Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required. Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages. Qualifications Janitorial supervision is recommended but not required. Excellent communication skills.  Ability to remain calm under pressure  Firm grasp of company policies.  Strong work ethic.  Punctuality and time management skills.  Organizational abilities.
