Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments to a specific standard, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. Must be willing to travel to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and show up. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
